FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What are the shipping costs?

For Australian customers shipping is included in the price of the painting. For international customers, a flat rate of $50 AUD will apply. if shipping is more, I will email an invoice.

How long does it take to receive my painting and how will I know it has shipped?

Your painting will be shipped immediately with a delivery time of up to 3 weeks depending upon where you live.  Please allow up to 4 weeks for international shipping.  All paintings are shipped via Australia Post or courier service. You will be notified as soon as it has shipped!

Do you offer tracking and insurance?

Yes, I offer tracking and insurance with each order as well as Registered Post with a signature on delivery.

How will my painting be signed and packaged?

I sign the front of my painting using my initials. On the back I note the year of creation and also add my signature. All paintings are rolled and protected, placed in either a cardboard or PVC tube and include a certificate of authenticity.

What if I purchase more than one painting and how does this affect packaging and shipping?

I will roll up to 2 paper artworks within the one postage tube.  Canvas paintings will be rolled in individual tubes and I will invoice you with any extra shipping costs.

I'm located outside of Australia, will I be charged customs fees?

Please contact your local authority to check whether customs or duty taxes will be applied to your order when it enters your country.  You will be responsible for these fees, so please take this into account when placing an order.

What if I change my mind or want to cancel my purchase?  Do you offer returns or exchanges after my painting has arrived?

Your purchase is final for my original paintings.  Please choose carefully.  Exception is made if there is an error with the listing or damage to the painting during shipping.  In this regard, please do not sign on delivery. Photograph the damage, contact me and I will happily issue a refund for the painting.

What types of payment do you accept?

I only accept major credit cards and Paypal at this stage.

Is my payment information protected?

Yes, this website is SSL secure for navigation and payment information.

What do you suggest for the hanging of my painting?

Unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for any creases or damage caused by incorrect removal from the packaging or handling the paper artwork or canvas. I suggest you lay the painting flat where it will not incur damage or keep rolled to take to a framer.  I also am not responsible for any damage caused by DIY framing. Unstretched canvas paintings should only be taken to a professional art and framing business for stretching and finishing. You may then decide on a frame to complete your original piece of art.

Where else can I purchase your original paintings?

There are other original artworks of mine for sale through Bluethumb Australia and Saatchi Art.
